Good benefit package, only for full-time employees though and difficult to get converted
The way things are now this was not bad. Take advantage of everything they offer and you will do fine...
Full package that included 401K, ESPP, Life Insurance, Med insurance, vacation, personal, and sick days. Flexible Spending and Dependent Care accounts, legal plan.
The best-seller bonus is great, except my book category was eliminated which makes the bonus redundant now.
Good Vacation. Good work life balance. No Bonus for most levels. Not so good 401k. Health plan as bad as any other company.
401K and great health insurance; unlimited sick days
Generous PTO. Discounted books. Decent health.
salary, 401k, stock option, and obviously vacation
The health benefits are competitive. The 401K is good, and vacation accrues with time spent with the company. After 13 years, I was up to 4 weeks of vacation per year. The disadvantage was that you have to "use it or lose it" every year.
I'm a contractor. I don't receive benefits.
