The best thing is the $100/month "happy team" allowance I can spend on a teammate or myself... so I can buy that expensive notebook I love, give the colleague that went above and beyond out her favorite treat, and go out and celebrate after a big win.

Pros: covers 100% of monthly premiums, cell phone allowance, and lots of flexibility re: work/life balance, working from home, taking time off, etc. Cons: not a lot of PTO, very low 401k match
