Unlimited pizza while on duty. Case of (16) pizzas available in company store for $5, someones $1 for reject sales. 401k match and health coverage isn't great, but "something is better than nothing."

$50 a week for OKAY insurance. Health Insurance is a scam no matter who pays for it.
