You earn time off. Up to a certain amount of days. Then once maxed out you can't earn anymore. But due to short staff be prepared to not be able to use or have your vacation denied. You get a few "paid" holidays, but still have to make those route days up on Saturday

You get vacation hours based on how many hours you work. There is a cap of like 160 or 200 hours but I try not to hit the cap. It is kind of hard getting time off since there is only one other person that works with me at the depot.

No such thing as paid time off! If, you miss a day, you make it up on your off day. Vacation time is a month notice or it is not approved.
