Not as good as they claim. $40 a month for individual isn't bad, but most companies out there are doing 100% coverage
I find the in-house clinic very convenient.
Employees pay very low price for health insurance.
Excellent coverage, but only meaningful if you have a family.
It seems like just about everything is covered, and if you use the on-site clinic there isn't even a copay.
The on site health center and health insurance are great to have. Dental and vision are also included. Coverage is above the minimums.
Good coverage at low premiums, but copay, deductible, and out of pocket max are fairly high.
Benefits have good coverage with relatively low deductible. Monthly cost is small and has barely increased over several years.
My previous employer had better health insurance, but for the area, SEL has decent health insurance. HR tells us it's the best, but I've had better. $30 copay. Good thing is that the employee contribution hasn't increased in a few years and they try to keep it affordable for the employee.
Expect consistent changes in policy and marking of $5 meds as such (though you got them from Walmart for 5), as justification to bump up all other tiers about 1.5X-2X cost a year.
