all are best in sel i didn't find any worst over there
Health insurance is good for blue color workers, not for the tech industry. (it went up in 2020) Time off is a complete joke Only 7 paid holidays a year No 401k matching ESOP has the worst vesting schedule possible No performance bonus, so low incentive to go out of the way. They might try to convince you that everyone goes the extra mile for the ESOP, but it is just another cult tactic to make their workers slave away. Parental leave is also very low.

Their health insurance is the best! The on-site health clinic made it so convenient for me to see the doctor when needed.
amazing, good place to start career
Monthly education benefit added into your paycheck, comprehensive health insurance at a competitive price, company ESOP is very generous, continuing education program will pay for classes provided grade levels are maintained, and on-site gym (available at HQ or selected field offices) or gym allowance for field offices without a gym is an appreciated perk.
Great medical benefits, on-site gym and healthcare center.
Good dental and vision plan
Excellent health insurance for a family. Compensation does not make up for lack of pay.
The insurance is fantastic, and the on-site health clinic and gym are very cool. The retirement program comes in the form of shares of company stock (SEL is 100% employee-owned), which is pretty generous most years. Time off is also very flexible, at least in the part of the company where I work, and there are lots of training opportunities. The infertility coverage and parental leave have also been of great benefit to me personally.
