Best benefit is the flex time. Worst thing about benefits is that there are no sick days given. Vacation or personal days must be used for sick days.
the 401K program is vested in three years so you do not get the $$ if you leave or get fired. This seems odd as it is the first company I have ever heard doing it this way.
401k plan has company match, takes 4 years to vest. Health Insurance has HSA as an option. Not all the department can work from home, and management in general doesn't like it. Maternity & Paternity Leave are 3 days for Dad and Mom, it's barely the hospital time, well, at least they treat Dad and Mom equally.
