We aren't given enough options for health coverage
They say unlimited vacation, but I only took 1 day in 2 months, otherwise it is an average benefit package for the NoVA area.

Benefits include a 4% 401K match, stock options, health, dental, vision, and unlimited PTO. Health insurance is really expensive, but has a low dedecutable.
Best thing is that the premium plan includes the company reimbursing for the deductible and that ties with unlimited PTO Worst things are how the HRA works, and not having an employee stock purchase program. We get stock when we're hired but it'd be awesome to have a way to continue to invest in the company.
