The culture is really the biggest, most important benefit to me. The values are truly lived by the entire company (One of them is "be nerdy"-- whew! Thank God, a place I can be myself). They are a Women in Technology member, they have a women's network, and have super flexible hours and unlimited PTO.... and health care choices are the best I've ever seen (and I have worked for a State government before!). Please don't make me pick a "best" thing. Too hard.

The family health care package was a little on the expensive side, but the coverage was great and out of pocket costs were almost non-existent. Overall, an EXCELLENT Health care package.
Company gave a card with the full deductible which was cool
Health care plan is strong but requires a lot of paperwork and oversight. 401k match plan extremely lacking.
High Deductible, however, they give you an HSA for the exact amount of the deductible. This allows for zero put of pocket cost after the initial payroll deductions
Great health plan specially when the company picks up the tab for the part the insurance does not cover. Great 401K plan. Good funds to choose from. Great benefits over all .
