It's well managed to save the organization from waste (good). But it's tight for the employees (neutral or bad - depending on whether that cut is important to employees or not)
Best not to expensive. Worst you have to go to there doctors
Only six paid holidays during the year, and they are included in your PTO, so you must use your PTO for holidays as well as vacation and sick time.
