Scottrade's 401(k) plan is designed to help associates prepare for the future. All regular full-time and part-time associates may contribute up to 50% of their pay (limits apply) into a traditional pre-tax 401(k) plan and/or a Roth 401(k) plan. Rollovers are accepted from former employers' qualified plans. A discretionary company match is offered based on the firm's performance.

They match 50% up to 15%, which is the highest match I've ever heard of. At my new job I'll have to have my own private IRA, so I'll miss this benefit! Fortunately, I can use the same provider (TransAmerica) to open an IRA, so I won't have to worry much about transferring my money, etc.
Generous 401k match and bonus structure
Not enough choices and the fees are high in comparison to what the platform offers to clients. We emphasize the value in low cost investments though the 401K choices are higher than most of the funds which are available to retail investors.
