I've answered for all the benefits I knew of, not what I was entitled. My benefits were SSP, Pension, Discounts on Screwfix and Kingfisher products, subsidized canteen (very good one as well).
Standard holidays, 20% discount card with Screwfix/B&Q-nothing special! No real team bonding opportunities
Flexible shifts (although you could finish at 8.15pm and be expected to be at work for 6.30 am even though you don’t start until 6.45am)
I enjoy being part of Simply Health through Screwfix. I have already benefited from two new pairs of glasses
Healthcare scheme is good but you'd need to work out whether it is beneficial for you due to the price per month cost. Staff discounts are also beneficial, at Screwfix and B&Q (after 3 months successful employment)
Was no benefit package only salary and holiday. Was 20% screwfix and b&q products
Pension is great, one of the best I've ever seen. Bupa discounts so half price cinema tickets and food vouchers, money towards eye tests. Simply health is also great
I wouldn’t say there was any benefits to screwfox apart from 20% discount in there & b&q
Benefits package is ok, with all of the standard elements you’d expect. Introduction of flexible working and more normal contracted hours has been long overdue.
Little Holiday days given, in comparison to other companies
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
