The match could be better but after researching the average for companies in the US, this isn't far off. Considering the size of the company, I guess this is standard. Hopefully in the future as they grow, they will increase the match.
Why bother. Any matching is up to management which is totally clueless. Choices are real bad in the plan.
3% of the first 25% invested after the 5th year... aka... never, you will get fired before that
