After 6 months of employment, employees are eligible for 401(k) through Mass Mutual. The company matches 100% of the first 1% the employee puts in and matches 50% from 2-6% of the money employees put in. Fully vested after 2 years.

First 1% contributed is matched 100%. Next 5% contributed is matched 50%. This means that if you want maximum match you need to contribute 6% and the company will match a total of 3.5% of your gross income, totally 9.5% of your gross is contributed to your 401(k).
