You get them if your full time.
10 sick days. 3 or less in a row (I think it's 3) do not require a doctors note.
You get paid when you call out. You gain it over time and seasonals don't have any until after working a certain amount of hours. I forget the exact ratio, but they're really flexible in their scheduling
The rate at which you earn a sick day vs how many hours a PT can work in a week. A PT is unable to earn a single hour of sick pay in a week because of the hour cap
They don't mind you taking sick days. Just don't call in every single week or you might get written up.
It's a minimum wage job so every 40 hours you worked, you receive a 1 hour sick pay...which was okay.

Because I was part time I did not have paid sickdays.
I was a contract employee. So, I cannot speak on the benefits package of this company and how they manage sick days.
They are very understanding with their sick days.
