Standard benefits, but nothing is great. All have been reduced in recent years with the biggest being the 401k match. It was eliminated during COVID, then brought back at a lesser level long after other companies had restored theirs. Management looks to cut cost at all opportunities so this will probably be reduced again in the future.

The best thing is paid time off for full time or salaried employees. However, they do not offer paid maternity or paternity leave and missing a few other essential benefits that a company of their size should have.

Working for a year gives a free annual pass that you can give to friends and family(about 8 in total) that has the employee discount applied to it.

Vacation time and pto is very good
