As an employee, you get to go to universal for free when there’s no blockout, free admission into Busch gardens/ Seaworld.
Ok 401k. Horrible Bonus and LTI program
Best place to be at all time for halloweeen Christmas summer everything to be I would not want to work anywhere else
Comprehensive package with multiple tiers available, at a fair price. Also offers dental, vision, 401k match, among many more.
Flexible with time off requests. Ample amount of vacation and holiday paid time off. Only can use in non peak season though.
As a part time. You get free admission to all SeaWorld Parks( with Employee ID ) except for Discovery Cove which you have to pay $50/reservation which is better than the original $260 price tag. Free Parking (with employee ID). 30% off on almost everything . 6 discounted tickets on your first day then after 30 days you get 12 complimentary tickets, 6 discounted tickets for DC and 2 parking passes (refreshes every year). You get free admission to Universal Orlando with your employee ID (but always check block out dates and parking not included). You get free admission to IFly (indoor skydiving) once a year as well as discounted tickets for non seaworld employees. They always have new events going on. Last week SeaWorld Employees got free admission to Bok Tower Gardens. I went with my friends who also work at SeaWorld and it was such a fun experience. We took a lot of pictures. I even went to City Walk AMC and got a discount on my movie ticket with my employee ID.
a couple of different health plans, 401k, dental. Pretty much the usual. It's not a bad package deal but not the absolute best either.
The benefits package was decent, the only downfall was not being contracted as in my benefits only reset, never accumulated.
Not many employees get any benefits If you do receive any benefits are expensive
Didn't work full time so I wasn't elligible for package
