Good medical and dental.
All the benefits you’ll receive including medical, dental, vacation days, and your 401k are OK. But your starting salary, it's less than you expected.

Free park tickets. Free event tickets. 30% discount on everything in the park. Healthcare plans are ok. 401k matching is only ~1% They have bonuses, but only if the company meets financial goals, so that doesn't happen with the current trends. That could change in the future. Pay compensation is good though.
Free tickets into the park, discounted tickets, cheap (decent) food, free drinks.

401k, free tickets to sea world parks, discounts with retailers, seasonal bonus a few times, increase in pay every few years
