Cigna is a terrible insurance company in general, but they have a seagate specific Cigna phone number that has much better customer service than my last Cigna plan.

The deductibles are fairly low and the optional HSA and HSA contribution help with that a lot as well. Good network coverage.

While the health insurance cost has increased over the years, it is still relatively low due to Seagate's insurance pool being so large. Overall not bad, but it was much better before.

Seagate only offers High Deductible health care plan. I never felt I was limited in terms of getting proper healthcare, dental care and vision care. I have been happy with health insurance coverage.
