Unlimited vacation is *very* nice, as it gives you lots of flexibility. Medical coverage is good. Stock purchase is also very good.
Unlimited vacation policy for exempt employees 401k matching program (up to 6%) $7500 /yr tuition reimbursement Company only offers High Deductible plan policies now
Increased the maximum on the company's matching 401(k) contribution, which is now 50% of the first 6%, up to $6k. Also increased the company's HSA contribution to $700/$1,400, (emp/family) which really helps defray out of pocket costs for healthcare. Have not increased cost of medical/dental/vision coverage for the past 2 years. All in all, some nice improvements.
Large bonus payouts (twice a year) if the company has profitable quarters.
Offers health insurance, dental, vision, 401k, employee stock purchase program, unlimited vacation time, health savings account, on-site gym, and more. A good benefits package overall.
Excellent health benefits. Had both HSA and FSA.
Relocation and good pay overall
Unlimited vacation can be a blessing or a curse depending on your manager. 401K contributions are lower than average. The on-site gym and cafe are nice. Health insurance is decent but still not great
Standard 401K match and Employee Stock Purchase Plan discounts, expensive high deductible health insurance plans - there are two choices, neither is inexpensive
The company has very good befits. They change to flex vacation timing recently instead of assigned vacation. It is still under study to find out how well it will work
