The benefits are pretty standard and very comparable with the storage industry.
Worst thing - high deductible, limited coverage = single employees don't often hit the deductible, so just avoid using any medical services. I should carry an epi pen for allergic reaction to wasps, but could not afford it and insurance does not help until one hits the min deductible. Miss HMO with $20 copay,
Not good and not bad package
Seagate offers a great competitive benefits package, and even offers matching options to their 401K package. They have a nice employee stock purchase program too that offers Seagate stock and great rates, and convenient options to track and sell to make the most of these options.
