Pretty standard benefits package. They include dental, vision, 401k. They have recently changed to flex time vacation.
On site fitness center. Comparable health benefits at a slightly lower cost. "Unlimited" time off recently rolled out. Wholly dependent on you immediate manager so time will tell how that works out. Worst thing here lack of direction from upper management. No consistent communication or plan. Mostly a reactive work environment.
Comprehensive and competitive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, Health Savings Account, life, disability, 401(k), ESPP and a wellness program where you can earn up to $550 in incentives for completing healthy activities like exercise challenges, biometric screening, working with a health coach, attending financial planning sessions etc. Also, the company is moving to a Flexible Time Off policy for exempt employees starting 5/17, where there is no fixed vacation per year--you just work with your manager to take time off as you need it. I'm really looking forward to this last change. They are also adding some additional top up pay for employees who go out on a leave of absence for maternity, paternity or to take care of a sick family member. All in all, a very good package!
Good health insurance benefits. The maternity leave policy was pretty good. The 401k plan was good and there was access to a stock purchase program.
The medical benefits and stock options at Seagate are very generous. I believe medical benefits begin date of hire. Paid time off for medical reasons are available. Pay is usually 1/4 of your salary. HR extremely helpful with benefits.
Awesome Health, Dental and Vision coverage for the cost and Employee stock program is just the sherry on the cake. The bonuses payout rates have been steadily decreasing and are taxed outrageously anyway leaving you with sometimes $25 as a Bonus take home for half a year .
401k and health insurance is average
Best thing about the Health insurance is that it continues to be comparable or better than many other companies in the area
health insurance is good. The 401k match is decent - industrial norm. The on-site gym and fitness training classes are awesome.
Was great when profit sharing was around.
