Relocation and good pay overall
Unlimited vacation can be a blessing or a curse depending on your manager. 401K contributions are lower than average. The on-site gym and cafe are nice. Health insurance is decent but still not great
Standard 401K match and Employee Stock Purchase Plan discounts, expensive high deductible health insurance plans - there are two choices, neither is inexpensive
The company has very good befits. They change to flex vacation timing recently instead of assigned vacation. It is still under study to find out how well it will work
Basic 401k, unlimited FTO. Only HDHP health insurance.
Switched to unlimited vacation recently, which benefits new hires the most. Value of unlimited vacation is highly dependent on your manager. Health insurance continues to decline (more $ for less service) over the years; corporate cites being on par with "industry standards".
They give a nice HSA contribution, the 401k match is fully vested from the start.
Overall good benefit package. I can't think of any worst feature.
Good benefits package, occasional bonuses. Moved to flex-time, so no 'vacation' accrued, but unlimited days off--interesting.
Benefits are pretty standard, nothing special, not terrible.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
