Best: New health insurance plans, Worst: only granted two weeks of vacation
Benefits are much better since they changed from SeeChange to United Health Care. It was very difficult to get medical providers to find SeeChange so the move to United Health Care was welcomed.
They pay your premium but if you have any dependents, the insurance is so expensive that it is out of reach of most employees. The 401K match of up to 4% is nice. The bonus structure is a sad, sad joke. Not nearly enough sick time.
Good 401k match and they do cover monthly costs for the employee but compared to other companies, benefits are expensive if you have others to cover

I like that the vacation + sick time accrue monthly instead of having to wait until your next anniversary to to receive it. Plus the health plans are great but if you don't need it, Search Optics pays you back!
Awesome company who cares about their employees! 401k matching, 100% covered premium medical insurance. The kitchens are always stocked with free coffee, pop, snacks and candy. Fun company social events and team outings.
