The best thing for me is the free eye insurance and how i get free exams with the doctor of my choosing at any Sears Optical. Then i also get a free pair of eyeglasses of my choosing at any Luxottica company.
As a part-time associate there isn't really a benefits package. Free eye exam every year and 1 free pair of glasses. 401k
Health coverage, 401k, free yearly eye exam and eye wear when it's not withheld from you.
The optical benefits are Amazing!! Optometrist on hand to answer questions, free annual eye exams, & free pair of glasses after 1 year of employment.
We get PTO 401K, retirement plan, no sick leave. They should have insurance benefits for eyewear if you want to get or need a second pair of glasses aside from your complimentary pair. When we win soar points or gift cards for contest it's nice but it takes to long to recieve them. If you ever do. I have yet to recieve any gift cards I won and I was with the company 2 years.
I didn't have one I was a temporary employee and was not offered any. I was offered by the staffing comps but declined
Great discounts at lens crafters, sears optical, sears stores. No medical or PTO for part time employees.
Low employee contribution to monthly premium. Wish copays were lower. They offer PTO, sick time (effective this July), complimentary eyewear annually, and good commission structure.
There are no benefits for subleased doctors.
Full time employees can get two weeks of paid vacation, health, and vision insurance is awesome. I haven't heard anything bad about the dental either. Holidays are paid, and if the store closes due to inclement weather, you get paid the rest of the day.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
