Benefits were good while I worked here. 4 weeks vacation, health and dental insurance was good. 401k was not that great.
Good benefits and average salary
You have to be able to work in fast paced, conditions. Which means, you can be one or few people to manage many departments for a long period of time. You are able to earn commissions depending on your job placement. Perform well in fast paced working conditions, but at the same time develop a good work environment with employees.
For part-time workers, the benefits are abysmal, no paid time off, no insurance benefits and no employee discount. We however get a higher point yield on purchases.
Not much to choose from for health benefits, the best you will pay dearly for. the cheapest is just that. No profit sharing, 401k same, and pension plan/ EWhat ever you put in is all you get.
They do not cover much on their end and it all comes out of your check every pay day. Also the coverage is not the best either.
No benefits for part time, also they will work you full time hours 3 weeks and then drop you down the 4th week as to not have to give you full time status or benefits.
The only thing good about SEARS was the flexibility that I had. Due to schooling I worked very crazy schedules, but I was told "I want 40 hrs at the end of Saturday, I don't care how you do it, you work will show 40 hrs as well"
No benefits for part time employees other than employee discount
Theyou have benefits, but they are expensive.
