great benefits. health insurance is decent and the extended leave and life insurance seems to be really helpful. medical leave is a huge plus.
Best would be the PTO and summer Fridays
Health insurance was toilet and
The best benefit is paid vacation and unlimited sick days. Worst is the 401k plan as it is not match.
Medical Benefits are expensive compared to other companies, also there is no matching on 401k
Removing employee discount was the worst
The best thing is that they have a 401K plan and stock options with the company. 10 days vacation and four days of personal days. The worst thing is they used to have an employee discount program in now in 2017 employees get 10% back in Shop your way points bonus points that with a 60-day time limit to use. they used to have employee vacation buy program which allows you to buy a week, that is gone in 2017. Insurance is adequate but coverah=ges each year gets watered down lately. The expectation is that you from home on weekends and work life balance has been deteriorating ever so quickly.
They offered benefits after a certain number of days but I did not take them because I was still insured under my parents plan. From what I heard, Sears benefits were not good.
It is expensive for health insurance and adds very little value. I just pay my deductible by the end of the year. Not many options. The 401 K isn't matched.
There is none. Even FT benefits are not very good.
