Tips on flying in Southwest - going to book my first flight with southwest but have heard that sears are not assigned and the system works a little differently. Used to traveling in delta and United.. so not really sure what to expect from southwest. If I buy a ticket, can I still not get a seat assigned to me? What are the other differences?

In 2012, benefit prices went through the roof and raises stopped entirely. However, I had a schedule and boss I liked.

flexible hours but everything else was very unorganized and the store politics never made any sense. Only way to move up in the company was to have connections.
