The health insurance was better than I expected; it was a PPO. Vacation time was earned based off of the hours worked and number of years with the company.
Everything was standard except no 401k matching or profit sharing options available and bonus package was offered but due to never meeting goals, was not a real possibility.
If you’re part time, there really isn’t any benefits and you don’t start accruing vacation until you have completed 24 months and 1000 hours in the previous year.
two choices for health insurance - full ride for a high cost or basic catastrophic for half the cost. Not a good choice
Worst medical coverage I have ever had ad expensive as well. No 401k anymore
There are no benefits and its minimum wage
Since it is part-time, no benefits are offered. This I feel is normal and not outrageous. I'm ok with it.
Really Expensive for high deductible.
Everything is WAY overpriced for health insurance.
No company perks. You get mailed an employee discount card that you can’t use unless you retire with the company.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
