The best benefit I would think would be medical and worst would probably be the lack of compensation for working overtime.
You automatically start with both sick and PTO. You accrue more the longer you're there. If you're dealing with a long-term illness and run out of leave, they have a Shared Leave program where others can donate their leave to you.
Vacation hours accrue quickly, but can only be redeemed when the school is not in session. It is not possible to take time off during the school year due to scheduling issues.
2 days a month. Summers aren't as free for administrators as one might hope.
