“Health insurance plans are affordable. ”
“Vacation, Sick, Holidays and Personal Days”
“They recently reduced their contributions significantly ”
The offer amazing benefits, especially if you have a family.
Excellent health insurance; generous PTO
Good PTO. Matching 403b but a large vesting period (longer if you are not full time).
Employer matching on retirement plan. Typically they also contribute a certain amount on top as well but that was paused during the pandemic.
overall good health insurance covered
Seattle Children's benefits are in line with other hospitals. Over time the benefits such as commute bonuses and retirement have decreased but they are still fair. Paid time off increases with your length of service and you can cash out once a year, if needed.
Great benefits, especially for working parents
best: paid time off worst: 401k match is currently only 1% of salary
I cannot think of the best or the worst of benefits and do not see what they offered as significantly different from other organizations.
Discounts on pet insurance and hair cuts does not make up for huge increases year after year to employee contributions to basic healthcare
