They did paid overtime which was great. Also a lot of exciting events, food trucks everyday and food delivery options.

Excellent benefits especially health/dental/vision insurance. Vacation and sick leave is about standard as other industries. Cash bonus is given once a year. Pay raise is between 1-3% every year. Working from home is not offered and employees are discouraged from it.

Seattle Genetics strikes a nice balance of getting the most out of their employees and keeping overhead in-check. The management seems to want me to be productive, and is willing to provide benefits to encourage that. Also, there seems to be some incentivizing for high quality work, which I think is a good way to run a company.
