Great benefits, dont have to pay into health, dental, or life. Retirement could be better, but its solid. Raises could be better.
Great insurance benefits and overall package, especially tuition assistance. Good dental and vision coverate, retirement plan. Very happy with all of this.
Decent health coverage. Good dental coverage. Decent 401k program
Benefits are adequate. They try to provide competitive benefits.
Health benefits, disability benefits, and insurance benefits are good. Good retirement contributions. Could definitely do better with regard to parental leave, as they don't do the minimum that other organizations in our state do (20 weeks maternity leave) but only do 12 weeks FMLA.
Great Benefit Plan - Starts Day 1
I was a student worker and therefore had no benefits. But SPU did pay above minimum wage which is definitely a benefit as the position I held was one that could be paid a minimum for.
401k after a year, full health, dental, vision insurance on first day
Best : 401k contribution is 9% without any matching needed
It keeps changing! The Affordable Care Act has made it difficult for SPU to stay with the same provider. I believe they are now with CIGNA. Best thing is the Emerati fund for long term employees. This fund is for retirement medical expenses.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
