You get a lot (10 per year) of them but the problem is that if you have a kid, you need to use your sick days as paid family leave. That's a solid YIKES from me.
2 weeks which carry over each year. I believe there is a small payout when you retire.
Sick days are plentiful, but most staff have to explain their entire job to a substitute while sick, as most jobs cannot be put off until an employee feels better.
