There really is not a benefit package
The health insurance plan is really crappy. It takes a huge chunk out of your paycheck for barely any coverage.
I have people that I like to work with daily. It's a very quiet site most nights and the tenants respect my authority when I arrive on duty.
Union benefits. Health insurance is extremely expensive. You will pay around $1200 out of pocket per month for a family.
They are provided through the union (that your forced into) that takes your health and welfare to pay union dues only to result horrible pay and benefits. How do you force someone into a union and than take their money by force?
