    Health insurance is very expensive but dental is reasonable.

    I lost a lot of my vacation time because my Supervisor failed to submit my request or so the manager stated even though I sent her an email stating I submitted a request for my vacation.

The benefits is garbage. There is no "real" benefit. The only benefit here is the employer offering it to avoid the IRS penalty. Unless you are full time you get no paid time off and even then it doesn't add up until after 1 year, and thus you cannot use it until year 3. The floaters don't qualify for PTO cause they are hired as Part Time employees.

They had not one good thing to offer full time employees to stay. The turn around rate in Boston was very high as every week you would see new faces and the people working would be looking for new jobs.The benefits stink.

The only benefits package that was offered was health and during orientation, the instructor told us the health package was way to expensive for what we get paid. He was right. Also, the vacation/time off is horrible. You have to work 2 full years to get 5 days off.
