“Hours are added and available after a certain amount of time. ”
“Storage Unit Discount for staff.”
You have to determine what you can afford
Best - there is coverage worst - it's not major medical
Crappy bonuses that only happens at the holidays
Lots of benefits options available from health, dental, vision, life insurance and others.
You get paid holidays (Thanksgiving, New Years Day and Christmas Day). There are no crazy requirements to that (some employers require you to work the day before or after a holiday to get the paid holiday but SecurCare doesn't). They do offer health benefits and 401K after one year of employment.
the benefits are not very good. no insurance, just discounts on units. They need to get a complete package
Pay scale is the worst thing
The company offers storage unit discounts, paid training, and a matching 401K program once you've been with them for 1 year.
They have 401K. Paid time off. and a chaplain that calls periodically. No medical or anything else that I know of.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
