I'm young, but S24 has the best benefits I've seen. - Unlimited Paid / Planned Time Off. No accruing days or weeks. Some people take off a week every 2 or 3 months. - Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance ; deductibles aren't the best BUT it's great insurance that is completely FREE. S24 pays for the insurance entirely outside of your deductible. - If you work a normal shift, they have lots of on premise food and free events. However, if you work afternoons or nights you're out of luck and they pretty much ignore giving these shifts the same social / food benefits - Academy / Apprenticeship model is amazing for people new to the field, and gives you a good feel for the IT field as a whole. - They reimburse you for any IT certifications you get on the job, along with a salary bump for each (up to a cap) - Small discounts on certain things provided by some of S24's clients. These depend on the client and can change. - You can work from home if you or a love one is sick, or if you have car trouble. (They don't like to let you WFH without a good reason though)
Fully funded health insurance and no sick/vacation time. You just work with your manager and take the time you need. It was wonderful not having the stress of having to count sick days.
Fully paid insurance for employees and their families
Health benefits are very good.
The benefit program at S24 is the best. All the programs, all the coverages, all the perks, everything
Health Insurance fully paid by the company and unlimited planned time off.
They offer EVERYTHING and even pay for the medical insurance. If you ever need an advance or a loan they even offer those interest free.
The best thing about the insurance is that is was company paid HMO. Great benefits. They covered my whole family at no cost to me at all.
Insurance co-pays are very high
Insurance and 401k matching including a vesting program that made working for this firm motivational and team members in HR always willing and ready to discuss benefit options
