The best benefit provided is an unwritten commitment to employees. For example, there is no specific bereavement leave provided; however, I was able to take enough time off to attend to my family's needs when my father passed away and there was never a question about my vacation day status (I went over by a few days that year).
SecureLink funds my HSA - I have not had to pay any medical fees out of my own pocket for my family in the past year. Nice enough automatically contribute 3% of my base salary to my 401k, regardless of what I put in. Quarterly company events - Top golf (My favorite), Painting with a twist, Go Kart racing, BBQs, Dinners, bowling, lazer tag. If none of these are appealing, you can volunteer to coordinate one of the events.
The overall benefits package is excellent. A few tweaks here and there and it would be world class.
