It depends on the position. Not all positions allow this.
For the most part, most employees who are not designated as remote employees can work from home as much or as little as they want. Though, it may depend on each manager’s preference. Employees that are designated as remote, can work from home 100% of the time.
WFH is a secureworks strong point. They have experts from all over the country who WFH, who didn't have to move to work for SecureWorks. It is the best benefit that SW has!!!!

You are isolated and there is very little in the way of support from Management.
Your able to control and manage your time better working from home. Keep in mind you will still travel at least 50% of the time to meet clients.
