    There are no benefits besides health insurance and that is if you choose it.

    they do train you in their company policy and security procedures to increase your grade in the company as well as CPR and other usable training.

    It's sort of moot. Job training consists of covering the basics and then learning the rest through time. Much like any job, really.

    It was a very thorough training for the job. It was a few hours long but I've learned a lot about the job and what to do in certain situations.

    Best is that it was a couple of videos and easy tests... Worst is that they don't train you on everything and it just seems to come up when they realize you haven't been doing it.

    The health care is good for what you pay for, but there are limited doctors and some of the benefits are unclear so be careful with what visits/surgeries you need. You may be left with a bill they should have picked up/ they won't pick up
