    There is a lot of test and videos you are watching during the training and you have to pass the test in order to go to orientation and to get your guard card (if you don't already have it). The test are easy.

    all of their training is done at the site they give you. the only class they have before they put you at a post is an 8 hour course on how to not sexually harass your coworkers,

    They tell you what to expect and that each site has different post orders. But they don't tell you that post orders can be contradicting to company orders.
