    They have decent job training though there are a lot of guards that aren't fully trained on their posts and others that are fully trained on posts they aren't even assigned to.

    They do have good training and always are willing to offer more. They cover the cost of CPR and life saving training and certification

    ok....kind of sink or swim. They allow some training but if they think you have had enough they will toss you in

    They train you for several days, but if you can't pick up the technology or the client site, they work with you to make sure you find somewhere you're comfortable.

    Just puts you through small training you watch videos and then you have to complete online training by a specific time frame while you are working.

    I mostly trained myself; if I wasn't motivated to do so, I would have been just as apathetic as the rest of the robots.
