Sedgwick employees receive medical benefits from the first day of employment.
The health plans have gotten less employee friendly each year. The ability to gain health incentives was made more difficult the year and far more confusing
Overpriced and now being serviced by another TPA. Drugs are exorbitant.
Benefits had worsened from 2014-2016 from UHC benefits plan. It has apparently changed, so no further comment can be made at this time.

It’s through United Health Care. It’s ok but nothing spectacular. Three separate options but the top plan is the only one worth anything and it’s way too expensive
It is offered through one of the top firms for benefits operation
Average high deductible PPO health plan, you get 3 choices to choose from. There is an extra spouse surcharge so most people don't carry their spouses because of the high cost
Health Insurance is great.
