Very good PTO and vacation. Problem is you are so overworked that at the end of the year the vast majority of employees have an excess of PTO days that makes it more of a burden then a vacation to take your PTO days before you lose them, because of the amount of work you come back to.

Generous paid time off from work; this is supervisor-specific; if associate has effective and efficient work habits, workload during absence may or may not be covered by co-workers or management/ supervisor(s).

A lot of PTO that you are not able to use due to business needs. If you have plenty Time Off left and you want to plan vacation or you have a personal situation coming, they don't care and they don't let you use it because business needs come first.

StarStarStarStarStar Current CA in Atlanta, Georgia

So many days off for a starting position. You can't beat 20 days a year and you certainly need it.

  • Jan 16, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Plano, Texas

You start off with a large bank of days, but you can't carry over any days so most people end up losing days each year because only a small amount of people are allowed off at a time and time off is denied a lot because of work loads.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Administrative Assistant in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Vacation and paid time off is more than what you need.

PTO, is nice but everything is mixed in, vacation and sick time.
