Start off with quite a bit but their sick or absent is a mark in your record each time
The best however you were working like a horse so it really didn’t matter
PTO is pro-rated from your start date to the end of the year. at the beginning of the year you then get 21 days accrued
Very good PTO and vacation. Problem is you are so overworked that at the end of the year the vast majority of employees have an excess of PTO days that makes it more of a burden then a vacation to take your PTO days before you lose them, because of the amount of work you come back to.
Industry leading PTO increases with tenure
Good luck attempting to take it; unless you are a favorite or flunky.
Generous paid time off from work; this is supervisor-specific; if associate has effective and efficient work habits, workload during absence may or may not be covered by co-workers or management/ supervisor(s).
Great pro and scheduling flexibility
A lot of PTO that you are not able to use due to business needs. If you have plenty Time Off left and you want to plan vacation or you have a personal situation coming, they don't care and they don't let you use it because business needs come first.
So many days off for a starting position. You can't beat 20 days a year and you certainly need it.
