The best thing about Sedgwick benefit packages. They share in your 401k contributions that equal what you put into it. Also you accumulate PTO time quickly so that you will have time off.
Good benefits package. The best part of the benefits package is paid time off rather than differentiating time between vacation and sick time.

It was a full package: health, life, 401-k. All information is available and can be updated online. There were also live people available via telephone, both at the firm and at the supplier companies.
Good health ins., billable hours level ok but no consideration for pro bono or business development which can be extensive.
PTO accrues every pay period, so I always have time available.
