Unlimited - In the last twelve months, I've taken over 4 weeks paid vacation total.
As I said, the only reason this is offered is because the turnover rate is so high that the company would go broke if they had to pay everyone out who leaves for their accrued vacation days.
Seer has an unlimited PTO policy. It actually does exist but you can't really take advantage of it because you have so much client and agency work to do. Seer had the heaviest workload of any company I've ever worked for. If you do take a vacation you are working on your vacation.
I've never worked for a company who trusts their employees enough to say, hey, take as much vacation time as you'd like (the most PTO I had before coming to SEER was 12 days/year). It's really awesome to be able to take off when you need to and not worry about a bank of days.
