Flexibility to work remote when needed.
Love it on bad days
Unlimited! In the last twelve months I've taken over 175 hours of WFH time
unlimited work from home, very flexible
it's offered but don't do it. If you happen to have a nice place to live and post or tweet that you are working out in the sunshine, the founder will stalk your social media feeds and assume that you weren't working. Sorry that Philly doesn't have better weather, but just because we enjoy the sunshine doesn't mean we don't work hard.
You can work from home at Seer. But it gives you a lot of anxiety because of the workloads and how much help you need from your coworkers to get anything accomplished.
