Insurance rates are high and the coverage is not very good. Definitely lacking.
Benefits are standard regarding vacation at 2 weeks with 1 week of sick days. The health insurance is absolutely horrible with avg deductible for a family at $5,000 per year and it goes up every year.
401K match of 3% is the only positive benefit they offer
They have a very expensive medical and dental insurance. It is a high cost then you feel it every pay day.

Paid time off and vacation time was extremely difficult to obtain unless you had a manger that would plow through the red tape for you. They had many employees on FMLA so they were usually short staff and could not approve anyone else to have days off.
Matching 401k up to 6% and mediocre health benefits, price continued to increase year over year. Company party each summer.
It cost to much it doesn't cover a lot. Every year they go up and covers less then the year before
I can only say good things about the benefits. There is a 401K match program, full dental, medical and vision. Life Insurance, theft, and so many more perks. The company does a lot of training on how to invest your retirement and what the medical, dental and vision options are. There is a HSA match program too. Love the benefits!!
