The benefits aren’t the worst but they aren’t super honest about what they include. Maybe they should add some sick days or low census days instead of making employees use PTO

Paid time off is not adequate. Paid time off based on what you work, so if there is a lack of work you aren't earning time off. No holidays, must work everyone or take a vacation day. Offer Continuing ed online but no additional reimbursement for local courses that relate to the job. Don't promote from within.
Low number of PTO days... only let you carry 40 hrs per year. Payout at 80%. You LOSE all your PTO if you switch from F/T to per diem. No 401k match. High insurance premiums. Continuing education they offer is only through their website.
