“Great plans and benefits that cover almost everything! A wide variety of plans to choose from.. dental vision health, the works. Some of the plans...”
“Even as a new employee the vacation time and pto hours accrued are great! The more time on as an employee the more you get and the more you can...”
401k offered, paid time off, $10.50 shift differential for working weekends. Weekends required every other weekend. Paid time off starts accruing as soon as you start.
Benefits expensive and lots of out of pocket expenses. Wages competitive but make up with medical expences.nice facility.
The benefits are great! The 401k plan is outstanding and has one of the best matching rates around! The downside is the plans can be pricey, however that seems to be the consensus of almost everywhere these days.
The health insurance is very expansive several hundred a paycheck and doesn't cover much. Maternity leave is paid by short term disability if you bought some and all your PTO and EID once you run out of those the rest of the 12 weeks are unpaid. If you don't have disability and don't have PTO/EID all of the 12 weeks are unpaid. You have to work for three month to get benefits and you can't get more PTO by working more hours. You can't take vacation between thanksgiving and new years even if you aren't scheduled to work one or two of the holidays.
401k health benefits dental medical PTO Sick leave The prices for the insurance plans are not bad pricing. Although lack of communication when the actual enrollment dates are.
Health, dental, vision and retirement package. It's on the expensive side though
I think the package is average
Your pto is capped after a certain point
There are several companies that offer discounts for Select employees ( computer purchase, cell phone purchase / monthly bill).
Offers decent employee benefits and discounts. Health benefits are offered in tier plans, so we do have an option of how much health coverage we truly need and are willing to pay for.
