“TERRIBLE health insurance options to choose from and none of them offer any real health coverage, especially considering how much they cost the employees per pay period.”
“The benefits package offers very little to no real benefits and costs the employees too much per pay period.”
“Only has paid time off, and they require you to use PTO hours any time you call in sick for a shift or get cancelled for a shift, so it is hard to really build up any good amount of PTO to use as you would like.”
Benefits package good . 401k health benefits dental & vision
On average it is keeping up with industry standards.
No 401 and health care benefit EXPENSIVE with little coverage
Decent medical benefits although quite expensive
insurance goes up pretty much every year. price is high compared to other hospitals. don't earn days off too fast and that goes up the longer you are there
The benefits package costs a lot of money per pay period but has very little to no real benefits in the long run.
The insurance is excellent with this company. Have not had any issues getting done what I needed done
Worst is the points system. They lose too many good nurses that just got stuck in too many traffic jams on I-20 and were late for work.
Costly plans and not a lot of plans
The worst was the time you had to wait to be eligible for the benefits. The pros was once established, the coverage and co pays were decent.
