“Seems ok. Until you realize that emergencies require your PTO you can take Unpaid Time off.”
“Not good at all. For real.”
“401k plan is pretty standard”
Overall, really good benefits package.
Recently they went public and added some better benefits. Otherwise, 2% 401k, 10 hours PTO per month, expensive insurance, etc. Nothing impressive, but standard
Great benefits to all employees.
Amazing company to work for.
Standard benefits, not spectacular, not terrible - 2% 401(k) matching contributions, 100% of annual income life insurance - (commissions and incentives aren't counted until the following year) - life insurance could definitely be incremented - Health plans w/High Deductible and HSA account option - Dental, etc - Long-Term Disability provided by company, Short-Term Disability optional - 15 days of leave for first five years of employment - Phone counseling services by outside provider - Excellent for life's unexpected situations
SelectQuote has very generous PTO, which is accrued over time and rolls over year to year. On top of this, there are paid holidays given throughout the year. The health insurance, 401k and additional benefits are well above average.
There are benefits. If you would call them that. Expensive plans with high copays. 2% match takes 2 months get get benefits.
Insurance is not great ........
Health Insurance is very good
The 401(k) matching is very low at 2%. Even for a corporate associate, the medical insurance is too expensive for a family. Vision and dental insurance is very good. PTO is low when compared to the work/life balance. Working from home during the pandemic has been wonderful.
