Benefits have gotten a little bit better but would still like to see better 401K offering
great health, dental and vision benefits.
the best: its full benefits with four different options for coverage, FSA, 401K, short term and long term disability, PTO, paid holidays, and covers public transportaion the worst: my personality type gets severe paralysis-by-analysis so having four packages to choose from is torture for me
Health insurance is great and we'll funded, paid days off are decent /generous, and the 401k is also excellent.
You have several options to choose from based on you and your families needs.
3 weeks vacation, though you have to earn it before you use it.
the profit sharing is a little low but that program is fairly new. pto is great and company does a super balance of home/work life
The vision plan is worthless, but it's only roughly $1 a month and helps a little. Otherwise everything else rocks
They Offered up many benefit packages that they go into depth In September and they explain each package. These change every year apparently.
Yes, the 401k match was smaller, but it has changed significantly to 3%. It's just one piece of the package.
