There were several options to select from.
The health insurance is expensive without much choice. They dont match on the 401k nearly as much as other companies. Very little PTO and very few company holidays.
Company provided a full range of benefits sucha as: Health insurance, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, disability, accidental, etc
Expensive and with minimum usefulness.
