Pension plan eliminated only 401K matching
The company contributes to the 401k. There is an employee stock purchase plan which you are encouraged to participate in. The health insurance is limited in its offerings, but we are offered dental and (limited) vision. "Bank time" can be used for vacation, sick or personal time and doesn't have to be taken in half or whole day increments. Some positions have the benefit of work from home flexibility. Discounts are offered for Selective's insurance products.
