The best thing about the benefits is the variety of what is offered and that they have both 401k and pension. The worst thing is the pricetag of healthcare.
Insurance used to be good but have switched and they will not pay for anything
The best things about the benefits are the variety of benefits offered and having both pension and 401k. The worst thing is the cost of family healthcare.
Mediocre 401K compensated for by an actual no joke pension plan held by the NRECA and adequately funded. Decent time off. Sick leave program incentivizes not taking time off for no reason, but also not taking time off when you're actually sick.
Pension plan still intact, as well as 401k
The company offers a great benefits package.
Excellent benefits: 401k match 50% up to 4% (AKA they contribute 2%), pension, Florida Blue health, Reliant dental, lots of paid time off. My one gripe is that employees have to use three vacation days before using any sick time. I get that you don't want people abusing sick time and using it as personal time, but how about trusting adults to use it properly?
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
