Unlimited PTO and good healthcare. The benefits overall are pretty good, nothing to complain about. They also match your 401k.
Could be worse. Could be better.
16 PTO days, 5 sick days, 9 US holidays + 2 floating. Would love to see unlimited PTO, as it feels like coworkers in Europe get more time off than we do in the US.
