KAKO & KASA!
Once a year, we fly all of our team members to a beautiful destination resort for our annual kick off meeting (KAKO)! The mission is to celebrate the previous year’s success, align on the year ahead, and build connective tissue. We come together again in Denver at mid-year for KASA where we align on the 2nd half of the year and celebrate 1st half successes. Can’t wait to share with you what KAKO and KASA stand for!
free lunch, work from home, flexible time off
401K program is excellent - 4% match!
Best: food, unlimited PTO, work-life balance Worst: overall pay
Very generous benefits package. Lunch allowance good for multiple places with delivery. In 2018, implemented "personalized holidays". I am not a fan of "personalized time off" or "unlimited" vacation as I think it results in people who should and need to take time off do not. I view it a benefit to the company since they pay out less in vacation and do not have the payout liability.
401k matching, Unlimited Time Off, Pay towards your wellness, commute and phone plan
The best thing about our benefits plan is the variety offered to employees - great health insurance, 401k, stock plan, free food/snacks, and a commuter allowance!
The benefits at SendGrid can't be beat! Unlimited sick days, generous PTO (in addition to holidays), 401k matching, free lunch every day, stocked kitchen, and so much more.
Great benefits. I can't complain.
The benefits are very competitive and the perks are amazing. The only downside in terms of benefits is that the PTO policy is a bit skimpy, however, they make up for it with unlimited sick (for you or dependent) and flexible work options (work from home).
Great overall benefits including: flexible hours, matching 401K plan, commuting, gym/wellness, and phone stipends, free lunches, endless snacks, 3+weeks of vacation (plus more the longer you've been at the company.
