Sendero works to continue to add to their benefits based on what employees are asking for.
Great insurance packages, lots of PTO and paid volunteer time off.
401K match is decent, maternity leave is pretty dismal. Health insurance is average - not good, not great. Very middle of the road benefits, nothing to write home about.
The benefits at Sendero were good overall
Benefits include 401k, vacation, disability leave, medical, dental, vision.
Have to wait 6 months to opt into 401k. Health, Dental, and more insurance options. 3 weeks of PTO for entry level employee. I started as an employee during COVID-19, so I have been all work from home. They are very flexible with time, not having to take PTO and flexing hours for doc appointments, etc. They are very passionate about service and non-profit work, and match $250 per year for employees to donate to charity, as well as 2 paid volunteer hours per month. Parking and phone stipends available. Haven't gotten to experience company perks in person, but virtually they have done a great job of welcoming new hires and sufficient training online. The culture still shines through everything they do - lots of opportunities to get involved / meet new people.
