It's a pretty good benefits package.
Seneca offers great benefits package, flexible use of 4 weeks PTO, and great company culture.
The benefits package is comprehensive and inclusive, and the least expensive and most bountiful benefits package I have ever received at any organization. The EAP program is amazing and available to everyone in my household, and the way the retirement plan is set up really encourages people to take advantage of it.
403 benefit plan not matched until after a year. Only 50% coverage for dependents.
I couldn't believe entry level positions are given 4 weeks paid vacation.
Great time off - 5 weeks PTO
we have a great PTO package and employee assistance plan. retirement plan is disappointing since they can’t match’s contributions and you only get benefit of the annual contribution after being there for 2 years
Very comprehensive benefit plan offered. Great vacation time offered
Generous PTO, but low pay
Best is that they have a competitive PTO time (4 weeks of PTO starting). Worst - they definitely need a better retirement plan option (currently don't have a 401k)
