ELIGIBILITY

When you join the team at Seneca Family of Agencies, your employee benefits begin the first of the month following your date of hire. You will also have the option to enroll your eligible dependents for health care benefits, including:

  • Your legal spouse or qualified domestic partner
  • Your children under age 26, including stepchildren, adopted children, children placed with you for adoption, foster children, and children of your qualified domestic partner regardless of student or marital status
  • Dependent child(ren) incapable of self-support due to a disability

    The benefits package is comprehensive and inclusive, and the least expensive and most bountiful benefits package I have ever received at any organization. The EAP program is amazing and available to everyone in my household, and the way the retirement plan is set up really encourages people to take advantage of it.

    we have a great PTO package and employee assistance plan. retirement plan is disappointing since they can’t match’s contributions and you only get benefit of the annual contribution after being there for 2 years

    Best is that they have a competitive PTO time (4 weeks of PTO starting). Worst - they definitely need a better retirement plan option (currently don't have a 401k)
